If an order is canceled after purchase but before it ships, the following applies:
Order Processing & Reservation Fee (15%)
A 15% Order Processing & Reservation Fee will be deducted from the refund.

- Payment processors retain transaction fees even on instant cancellations
- Orders are immediately reserved, verified, and removed from inventory
- Fraud screening, administrative handling, and advertising costs are incurred at checkout
This fee is not a penalty—it reflects non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Items Arriving Damaged or Defective (Zero-Risk Guarantee)
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Reach out via live chat or email
- Provide clear photos/video of the issue and packaging

- We ship a replacement unit or part at no cost
- No restocking fees
- No return shipping charges

Important: Damage claims must be reported before the item is used.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Within 30 Days)

For return requests made after 30 days but within 60 days of delivery, and subject to approval:
Extended Restocking Fee: 18%

Returns Not Accepted
Returns may be declined if:
- The item has been used, altered, or damaged
- Original packaging is missing or severely damaged
- Return request is made after 60 days
- Serial numbers do not match
- Damage resulted from misuse or improper installation

- Mechanical defects
- Electrical failures
- Internal component issues
