If an order is canceled after purchase but before it ships, the following applies:

Order Processing & Reservation Fee (15%)

15% Order Processing & Reservation Fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Orders are immediately reserved, verified, and removed from inventory
  • Fraud screening, administrative handling, and advertising costs are incurred at checkout

This fee is not a penalty—it reflects non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Items Arriving Damaged or Defective (Zero-Risk Guarantee)

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Unused

Returns After 30 Days (By Approval Only)

For return requests made after 30 days but within 60 days of delivery, and subject to approval:

Extended Restocking Fee: 18%

Why the higher rate:

  • Increased depreciation risk
  • Reduced resale value
  • Extended inventory holding and capital lock-up

Items must still meet condition requirements.

Returns Not Accepted

Returns may be declined if:

  • The item has been used, altered, or damaged
  • Original packaging is missing or severely damaged
  • Return request is made after 60 days
  • Serial numbers do not match
  • Damage resulted from misuse or improper installation
