Shipping policy

U.S Orders are processed same day and shipped within 24 hours. We ship via UPS or FedEx to get your package to you as fast as possible.

Taxes regarding purchases:

Sales tax at checkout is calculated by Shopify. Using Shopify’s tax engine, applicable taxes are automatically determined at checkout based on the delivery address and our tax registrations, with rates maintained and updated by Shopify. In the U.S., taxes follow destination rules (no tax is collected where we have no nexus/registration). For orders placed through the Shop app specifically, Shopify’s Shop channel may automatically collect, file, and remit tax. International Shipping & Warranty Policy

Please note that all international orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.

Additionally, any costs associated with returning a product, including shipping, customs, and duties, are also the responsibility of the customer.

Jura Warranty Service

All Jura coffee machines purchased through UpscaleCoffee.com are covered by Jura’s official warranty. Please be aware that all shipping costs related to warranty service — including sending the machine to Jura service and receiving it back — are the responsibility of the purchaser.
