    Product never shipped, emails never answered. Horrible customer service

    Seriously? I've sent several emails asking about my order which has showed "shipping label created" for 2 weeks. You charged my card and never shipped the item - all without the courtesy of a reply. I had to contest the charge through my credit card company.

    Machine Does Not Work

    Recently purchased a refurbished Jura A1 that does not work. Every time The machine is turned on the buttons flash an error code and then automatically shuts off. This happens every time the machine is turned on - power on, 3 cup lights flash, then the 6 top lights, then the machine shuts off. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but when I spend this much money on a product, I expect it to work.
